The video, which has gotten people talking, shows a woman who is probably mentally disturbed, acting in a very bad way in front of passengers in a bus. The woman was seen as she actually pulled down her pants and began to masturbate right there for all the other passengers to see. The baffling incident reportedly occured in a Philadelphia public bus this past weekend and has sparked some investigation into the matter.
